The perfect addition to any game, we worked hand in hand with two wonderful British makers to create our colourful score pads.
Each score pad is printed with details from 10 of Alexandra’s favourite marquetry designs on the pages, including the Ace of Spades, an elegant Red Crowned crane, a gold-toothed skull and Amherst pheasant feathers, which are printed on the paper in flawless yet faint detail, allowing scores to be tallied on top.
The fronts of the Signature Scarab playing cards are decorated with iridescent scarab beetles overlaying an abstract blue pattern that zigzags across each of the cards – an instantly recognisable Alexandra Llewellyn design that features on several of our Signature marquetry backgammon sets.
Printed on G.F Smith Colorplan paper, which has set the benchmark for coloured paper for more than 80 years, Alexandra worked with print production specialist Kingsbury Press and luxury paper maker G.F Smith to create the luxury score pads.
