How do I return an item?

Please contact us before you arrange a return.  You must use appropriate protective packaging and ship the product using a tracked service.

We recommend DHL or FedEx to minimise the risk of damage or the product getting lost in transit.

What is your returns policy?

As long as the product and its original packaging are returned in perfect, unused condition, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt at your own shipping expense.

Please note that any personalised, bespoke or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

What are my choices of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Google Pay. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact us directly and we can send you an invoice with our bank details.
